Accommodation

The Cottage is approached through a small front garden. On entering you will find a generous hall, hanging space and access to the enclosed rear garden. The main lounge is adjacent . It is comfortably furnished and has a welcoming log fire . There are pretty views over the pond. In the lounge there is a modern Smart TV. 

The separarate dining room is furnished in old pine. The recently fitted kitchen is well equipped for your stay and leads to a separate utility room and WC.

There is a sun porch off the kitchen, leading to a decked garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Upstairs you will find two good sized bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with two singles which can be zipped together (please advise at time of booking). There is a spatious bathroom with bath, separate shower and bidet..

Grebe cottage has full gas central heating and wi-fi broadband.

Guests may bring one well-behaved dog for a small additional charge.
